Coach Artemis here!
The Summer Circuit Shred is a 6-week program that combines the best of both worlds of my Summer Shred and Eric's Circuit Shred programs.
This program combines both swing based circuit days like the Summer Shred with time-based strength circuit days like the Circuit Shred.
In addition to plenty of swings, presses, pull-ups, squats, rows, rear foot elevated single leg squats, this program also includes advanced movements such as snatches and the kettlebell double jerk as well as get-ups, PLUS our signature 20/20 kettlebell conditioning.
This program is for the intermediate to advanced level kettlebell lifter who is ready for a challenge and to become a lean, mean, kettlebell crushing machine.
All 6 weeks are 6 training days, PLUS there is an optional 7th cardio training day.
Daily workouts take anywhere from 45 minutes on the shortest day to a max of 1 hour on the longest day during the first 3 weeks of the program and 55 minutes on the shortest day to a max of 1 hour and 15 minutes on the longest day during the last 3 weeks of the program.
Swing, sweat, SHRED and ENJOY!!
