Iron Body 45-Day Kettlebell SHRED: 45-day Program to help you burn fat, get lean, and move better!

This program will get you started to a more defined, lean, and fit YOU! You will move better, move stronger, and feel great.
For more advanced lifters, the Iron Body Shred is also the perfect program to follow if you are just coming off an intense block of strength programming and need something geared towards metabolic conditioning and strength endurance for a change.
The Iron Body Shred program is a 45-Day program comprised of kettlebell swing metabolic conditioning paired with a strength movement. This program is geared towards shedding fat (fat loss) and increasing lean body mass (i.e. getting shredded hence the name, "Iron Body Shred" ;)). You will also build strength, and strength endurance.
Swing volume increases over the weeks and over Levels I-IV. Strength movements progress over Levels I-IV.
Includes warm up, movement prep, Turkish get-up practice, deadlift, and core training before getting to the main event of the training day's kettlebell swing metabolic conditioning and primary strength movement focus for the day.
No extra cardio is needed in this program. During your one hour training sessions you will perform timed intervals of high intensity training to utilize fat loss and build lean muscle. On your off days go for a walk, go to yoga, or better yet get outside and PLAY!
Details About Level III of the Iron Body Shred:
Pre-Requisite: Iron Body Shred Levels I and II
Level III is geared towards intermediate to advanced level kettlebell enthusiasts and coaches. e.g. those who are familiar with single kettlebell movements like the one hand swing, the single kettlebell clean, the single kettlebell press, and the complete, loaded, Turkish get-up. Over the course of the 5-day/week 6-week program, you will complete anywhere from 280 swings to 350 swings in a training session, with the exception of the active recovery Turkish get-up and light volume swing day, for a weekly total of 1,390 swings per week.
In addition, during week one, you will incorporate hand-to-hand swings, progress movements to work towards an unassisted pull-up and during Week Four, you will begin to work on double kettlebell movements, whereas the Iron Body Shred Level II focuses only on single kettlebell movements.
Iron Body Shred Level III strength movements begin to focus double kettlebell movements and increasing pull-up strength so that you can progress to all double kettlebell strength movements, more advanced pull-up movements, and more advanced Turkish get-up practice in Level IV of the Iron Body Shred.

Artemis is a former Ballet Dancer turned Kung Fu Black Belt and the 9th woman in the world and the lightest woman to date as of July 25, 2014 to complete the Iron Maiden Challenge (24kg-53lbs Weighted Pull-up, Strict Military Press, and Pistol Squat). Based upon her dance and martial arts background, Artemis is focused on helping clients to develop great movement before building strength on top of that movement. Artemis believes that any goal is possible as long as you train for it and she proved it by completing the Iron Maiden Challenge as a lightweight. Professionally Eric has worked with athletes from St. Bonaventure University, the University of Mississippi and future MLB/NFL players. Eric served as the Senior Athletic Trainer for football at the University of Mississippi and Senior Athletic Trainer at Boston University and Head Therapist for Cirque du Soleil located in Las Vegas, Nevada. This experience has helped Eric develop a keen eye for helping athletes and clients merge the gap from injury to return to high level of fitness.
