Why Purchase

Iron Body 45-Day Kettlebell SHRED: 45-day Program to help you burn fat, get lean, and move better!

Summary:

Whether your goal is a wedding, a vacation, a re-union, or simply that you’re fed up with where you are at in terms of your (lack of) health and fitness routine, and you want to see results in 6 weeks or less, the 45-day Kettlebell Shred will get you there. This program will get you started to a more defined, lean, and fit YOU! You will move better, move stronger, and feel great.

For more advanced lifters, the Iron Body Shred is also the perfect program to follow if you are just coming off an intense block of strength programming and need something geared towards metabolic conditioning and strength endurance for a change.

The Iron Body Shred program is a 45-Day program comprised of kettlebell swing metabolic conditioning paired with a strength movement. This program is geared towards shedding fat (fat loss) and increasing lean body mass (i.e. getting shredded hence the name, "Iron Body Shred" ;)). You will also build strength, and strength endurance.

Swing volume increases over the weeks and over Levels I-IV. Strength movements progress over Levels I-IV.

Includes warm up, movement prep, Turkish get-up practice, deadlift, and core training before getting to the main event of the training day's kettlebell swing metabolic conditioning and primary strength movement focus for the day.

No extra cardio is needed in this program. During your one hour training sessions you will perform timed intervals of high intensity training to utilize fat loss and build lean muscle. On your off days go for a walk, go to yoga, or better yet get outside and PLAY!

Details About Level IV of the Iron Body Shred:

Pre-Requisite: Iron Body Shred Levels I, II, and III

Level IV is geared towards advanced level kettlebell enthusiasts and coaches. e.g. those who are familiar with double kettlebell movements like double kettlebell swings, double kettlebell presses, double kettlebell front squats, and the complete, loaded, Turkish get-up. Over the course of the 5-day/week 6-week program, you will complete anywhere from 100 double kettlebell swings to 350 single kettlebell swings in a training session. The double kettlebell swing volume increases over the course of the six weeks, as does the swing and Turkish get-up volume on the active recovery Turkish get-up and swing day. Over the course of the 5-day/week 6-week program, you start by completing 1,180 swings per week and progress to completing 1,380 swings per week.
